RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All of our garments are made to order and custom printed. Once the order is confirmed and processed returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given. We rely on our customers to check all size charts and image of the garments on the models. We do not exchange or refund for incorrect sizing.
We work with you to ensure that you are happy with the design and colours that you have requested to be printed, and/or the product you have purchased.
For all printed orders, a design proof will be provided to you that will need your approval before printing goes ahead. This is provided to enable you to thoroughly check all colours and details carefully as once this is approved, it will go ahead for printing and no returns or refunds will be issued.
Please note: Product with prints may vary and colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings.
Returns may only occur if there is a defect or fault with your order. Returns are to be sent back to us within 7 days and after items are checked by us, we will issue refund for postage and replacement or refund for faulty items only.
As our garments are custom printed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size/style.
Highline Racewear is happy to help you out with a replacement as the first option if the product you have purchased is significantly different from the description/design proof shown or it is faulty and cannot be easily fixed or replaced. A refund will be offered for items that cannot be replaced.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please notify Highline Racewear immediately via phone, email or messenger within 24 hours of the goods being received (as per transit log for receivable shipment timeline online) to arrange to have the goods returned to be replaced or refunded. It is the responsibility of every customer to check all items upon arrival and notify us within this time frame of these faults in order to replace in a timely matter. We will not accept reported faults after this time.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks will not be refunded or exchanged once you have received your order.
