AI-Generated Artwork Policy

Where artwork has been created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or supplied by the customer from any AI platform, the customer acknowledges that:

• Highline Racewear does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, resolution, originality, print suitability, or copyright status of AI-generated artwork.
• AI-generated artwork may contain hidden defects, distorted details, incorrect spelling, low-resolution areas, artefacts, inconsistent line work, or other issues that may only become visible once printed.
• Unless specifically engaged to redraw, vectorise, or professionally prepare the artwork, Highline Racewear prints customer-supplied AI artwork as provided.
• The customer is solely responsible for approving the artwork before production.
• Highline Racewear accepts no responsibility for dissatisfaction relating to the quality, appearance, originality, or print outcome of customer-supplied AI-generated artwork.
