**Faulty Items - Please send a detailed description of the fault and any images to the email address provided. The fault will be investigated thoroughly. We do not take responsibility for any faults caused as a result of misuse, mishandling or poor care of your garments. If your item is faulty and is deemed our fault, we will provide a full replacement. You have 7 days from the date you have received your items to report any fault to us.
** Item not received - If it is evident that your order has not arrived based on the information provided by the shipping company, we will provide a replacement product.
** Change of mind - We do not refund or exchange for change of mind for any custom printed items.
** Incorrect size - we have supplied size charts so that you are able to identify the best fit for you. We cannot exchange items that don't fit for any custom printed garments.
