WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

1. We design your suit, place your logos and send to you for approval. We make changes as needed prior to approval.
2. Once approved, we send off for production
3. We wait patiently for our new suit to arrive :)
4. We advise once arrived at Highline and provide tracking to you!

MORE INFO:

• Logos -  The best place to get your logo files in the format that we need them are from your sign writer, graphic designer or the business directly. Screen shots are no good :( JPG files are no good. PNG's are good if the colours dont need changing, if file has transparent background and sized correctly. PDF's are great if they are not PNG or JPG saved as PDF's. They must be vector files. Ai & EPS files are perfect if they contain original vector design file. 
• Design fees - only apply if a new custom designed pattern is created. This custom deign will only be produced for you only and wont be available to any other drivers
• Shipping/Production Delays: Sometimes shipping delays are out of our control. Once your suit goes into production we are at the mercy of the production team and our place in the queue depending on their order volume and other factors that we aren't always privy to. On occasions, your suit may take longer. We use one of the best shipping companies to get your gear over here (DHL EXPRESS). Once it leaves from overseas, it usually arrives within the week and then we ship to you.
